Reception with destemming and crushing. In vat, skin maceration for a period of 12 to 24 hours with temperature below 10. Static decantation for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in open skins, ending in used barrels, where it ages on fine lees. 
8 months in French oak barrels.
