The ideal wine must also be velvety and involving, the perception of sweetness being attenuated by the freshness of the temperature (12 to 14 degrees), if possible, it would be nice to avail some natural acidity. To finalize some notes typicaly linked to the taste of coffee, generally present in wines who have some maturity, when we can feel the notes, sometimes the notes of coffee. The fortified wines are generally ideal. Less typical, the combination with a sparkling, might cause a fresh and sophisticated surprise, especially the more mature ones, which present caramelized notes. The desert on the mouth interacts in a lovely way with the texture of the wine.
