Single Old Vineyard field blend (about 8 different grapes varieties)

Rainy and wet Spring. From 28 April to 12 May it rained 188,4 litres/m2
Strong and persistent wind from January until beginning of May
Frost in May caused some damage to the crop.
June, to the end of October: very high levels of continuous heat and dry weather.
Hand-picked and very precocious harvest at 23th and 24th August.
Natural fermentation in a cement vat, part of the grapes was crushed and destemmed. Six weeks maceration.
Aged in old oak cask and barrel for 21 months. Bottled 6 May 2019 without finning and filtering.
