Vila Nova Avesso 2016 Verde
All grapes are harvested manually in 20kg boxes.
Once at the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and undergo temperature control process, before being pressed. After this, the must juice stays in a process of clarification for 24 hours. What follows is the fermentation at a temperature that varies between 14º and 17º, depending on the castes. Once the fermentation process is complete, the product is stabilized and is finally ready to be bottled.
