Vinification
The batch was made at the reception of the grapes in the cellar, having fermented 40% in used French oak barrels, 10% in new 500 litter barrels and 50% in stainless steel vats. It aged on lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Ageing: Over lees for 5 months in stainlesssteel vats.
