Vicentino's castes are blessfuly located over the Alentejo coast, thriving on the Portuguese sun and the Atlantic breeze.

Soil and Castes
Planted in schist-clay and loamy-sandy soils, with low productive potential, Vicentino's castes bear its best traits.

Vinification and Stage
Batch produced when recieving the grapes at the cellar, 40% fermented in used French oak barrels, 10% in new 500 litres barrels, and 50% in stainless steel vats. Followed by a 6 months staging in stainless steel vats, over lees.
