Ventozelo MCS Syrah 2017 Red

Manual harvest during the month of September, for 25 kg boxes.
The grapes were received in the cellar, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and later “berry by berry” by an optical selection machine. Fermentation it was made in a press, with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control. The final batch was selected by Chef Miguel Castro e Silva.
