The harvest is done manually in small boxes. The vinification is made 80% in stainless steel and 20% in barrels. Aging is 80% in stainless steel and 20% in French oak barrels, for 4 to 5 months.

|Very aromatic, it manifests notes of tropical fruit well ripe, contrasting with fresher fruit, such as pineapple and melon, and asparagus vegetable note.|
|With a fresh entry, it is very fruity and balanced. It presents a good acidity, supported by flavors of ripe fruit and some tropical notes. Long and persistent finish. Good evolution ability.|
|To drink as an aperitif, alone, or at the table, with salads, fish dishes, seafood and sushi. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.|
