Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg.
Grapes destemmed and crushed. Total alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with maceration cared for better expression of the grape variety and typicality. Part of the wine staged for 18 months in french oak barrels and the remaining part in stainless steel vats. Bottled in October 2016.
The Alfrocheiro Preto grape variety, when made in Dão region, produces wines that are distinguished by the freshness and variety of aromas, complemented by a volume and tannic structure of great harmony and delicacy. It is a wine with great gastronomic aptitude.

Stabilized naturally, is likely to create some deposit.
