Terra D'Alter Reserva 2015 White
Our idea of a White Reserva is based on a batch of tradicional castes, with natural fermentation and staging in fine lees to maximize the Alto Alentejo's expression.
Manual harvest. Some castes ferment pelicular contact after being pressed, the must was transfered to new vats (40%) and 1 year old vats. After a long fermentation with cold appeal without inoculation (natural), the wine is kept in fine lees for 8 months.

|Mineral aromas, with peach and apricot skin. Great richness result of the prolonged staging in barrels, in contact in fine lees. Thrives while aging on the bottle.|
