With 40% stalk and whole grape, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 22º to 25º. Slow and gentle extraction with 45 days post-fermentation maceration.
4 months on 140 liter stage hoists. Bottling in July 2017 and internship in bottle since then.

|In the mouth it is irreverent and paradoxical: vegetal but enveloping, fresh and hot, tense and succulent. Finishes long and generous in aromatic notes.|
