The vineyard was generous, with a density of 3500 to 4000 feet per hectare, providing 5 tons of grapes per hectare.

Winemaking
Pruning: Double string, single string and guyot.
Winemaking and Stage: Winemaking by soft pressing and light maceration. Controlled temperature up to 14ºC for 3 weeks. Stage in stainless steel vat until bottling.

Total acidity: 5.30 g/L
Volatile acidity: 0.34 g/L
Dry extract: 20.9 g/L
Reducing sugars: 0.5 g/L
pH: 3.43
