The vines, planted in the sub-region of Terras de Azurara, enjoy a typical Mediterranean climate, in granitic soils.
The vineyard was generous and balanced, with a density of 3500 to 4000 feet per hectare, providing 5 tons of grapes per hectare.
Winemaking
Driving the vineyard: Double-stranded, single-stranded and guyot.
Winemaking and Stage: Winemaking is classic, with partial stage in French oak barrels and batonnage for 6 months. The fermentation is controlled until 16ºC for 3 weeks.
