Serra D'Alva 2017 White
It is the result of a batch of traditional varieties from the Dão region, with a predominance of Malvasia Fina, Bical and Cerceal, having been harvested in late September and early October, when maturation was optimal. The entire process was carried out without using wood.

Volatile Acidity: 0.32 g/l.
Total Acidity: 5.90 g/l.
