Planted in clay and limestone soils, on a gentle slope facing south, the vine rows are oriented northsouth. The vineyard is managed under an accurate sustainable agriculture farming system.
The grapes were handpicked to small boxes at early morning hours. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Temperature -controlled, 24ºc-26ºc, alcoholic fermentation.
