Respiro 2012 Sparkling
The base wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes located in Tortosendo, Quinta da Estação, and planted in 1984. The soil is of granite origin with some clay.

Age of strains: 36 years
Driving the vineyard: bilateral cord
Stalked and crushed grapes. Wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in very old French oak barrels. Then it aged in its fine lees and was cleanly transferred and bottled according to the Classic Champagne Method.
It aged in bottle 66 months before being savored and packaged.
