Respiro Clarete 2016 Red
Made from multiple ancient varietals present on very old and small vineyards located at the outskirts of Reguengo village in Serra de S. Mamede, North Alentejo. A blend of white and red grape varieties selected from 5 vineyards. Altitude ranges from 500 to 710 meters.
Fully healthy grapes, red and white, were harvested between the 6th and 10th September 2016 and put whole together in a “lagar” where they were foot treaded.
After fermentation, with natural yeasts, the wine matured in old oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.

|Vegetal and earthy flavours, with vibrant gooseberry and blueberry notes and slightly smoky flavour. Very delicate and fruity texture at the entering, then spicy tannins reveal itself. Long, dry e sophisticated finishing.|
