This wine expresses in its essence the freshness, minerality and acidity characteristic of the wines of this region, as well as the main characteristics of the Arinto variety, both in aroma and in the mouth.
 
Came
Selection of the best Arinto grapes from ‘Vinha da Gafa’, next to Sanguinhal, plot with southeastern exposure and clay-limestone soil.
 
Climate
Atlantic, influenced by the Serra do Montejunto mesoclimate.
 
Winemaking
Manual harvest for 10kg boxes, with total destemming, soft pressing and fermentation at 12°-13 ° for 15 days.
 
Phase
Nine months in stainless steel vats.
