Quinta do Cardo Grande Reserva 2014 Red
Winemaking
After partial destemming and smooth crushing, Touriga Nacional grapes were subjected to 10 days of cold maceration and fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 25º c. Caladoc and Tinta Roriz, in turn, were subjected to two days of cold maceration and fermented for 9 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak barrels. 36 months of preparation.
