Quinta de Lemos Tinta Roriz 2008 Red
These wines are obtained after fermentation, at a temperature controlled in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel vats for 7 to 10 days. The wine makes malolatic fermentation in French oak barrels and consequent stage for 15 months in order to enhance its structure and great complexity. The aging gives it an elegant maturation.
