Quinta de Lemos Dona Santana 2010 Red
These wines are obtained after fermentation, at a temperature controlled in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wood and stainless steel vats for 20 days. The wine makes the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and consequent stage for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and great complexity. Its aging gave it a sweet and soft maturation.
