This wine is produced exclusively from our grapes from the Ramalhosa farm, located in the region of Dão, Besteiros sub-region characterized by humid mangoes and mild temperatures, in the Tondela area where the Aguieira dam effect gives wines a character of elegance that defines the region, marking by the very present acidity.
Grapes harvested by hand, transported in boxes of 20 kg to the cellar that is located in the vicinity of the vineyards of the farm. Total destemming, with skin maceration at low fermentation temperatures, in the order of 26ºC and total malolactic fermentation. Stage in stainless steel of 12 months and in bottle remained 6 months.
