Winemaking
After 2 days of cold maceration, enriching the aromas, the fermentation lasted for 10 days at a temperature of 24ºC. This facilitated the extraction of color and tannins that contribute to the body and volume of mouth.

The wine after malolactic fermentation French and American oak barrels.
