Vinification
On August 31st, 2018, manual harvesting, the grape being transported in 10 kg boxes to prevent crushing.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with controlled fermentation temperature at 24ºC.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 1 year and 8 months in new French oak barrels.
