Vinification
On August 31, the harvest was done manually and transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, for three weeks, at a controlled temperature of 24º C.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 1 year and 8 months in your French oak barrels.
