Maria Izabel 2017 White
The maturation phase occurred very early and allowed a harvesting start at the end of August. The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, the grapes were pressed with the whole bunch, at low pressure. The must fermented and staged in stainless steel vats, remaining for 5 months, on the other hand part of the musts followed fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels.

|It has a fresh scent denoting complexity. It has a good mineral character, which gives it freshness, along with notes of orchard, mild citrus aroma smoke and spices.|
|Sincere in the mouth presents a mineral, enveloping with acidity tempered by the slight greasiness granted by the partial malolactic in barrels.|
