Manz 2018 Rosé
Mediterranean Season, of Atlantic influence.
Pre-fermentative skin maceration in an inert environment at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. After extraction, the tear must is subjected to a static clarification process. The fermentation process takes place in a stainless tank, with temperature control between 14ºC and 16ºC. After fermentation a period of 4 months of maturation occurs in stainless steel tanks, under conditions that enhance the preservation of aromas.
