The grapes were destemmed. Pre-fermentation maceration. The fermentation process occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months with "bâtonnage" system.
|The rich bouquet is dominated by fruity aromas. Exotic and citrus fruits are predominant along with captivating complexity aromas, revealing soft butter, vannilla and toast notes.|
|On the palate, it is velvety, aromatic with firm acidity. Clean and wonderfully fresh with a pleasant and lingering finish.|
