Climate: Mediterranean climate influenced by the Atlantic
Winemaking Process: The grapes were destemmed. Pre-fermentation maceration. The fermentation process occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in French oak for 6 months in “batonage” system.
|The rich bouquet is dominated by fruity aromas. Exotic and citrus fruits are predominant along with captivating complexity aromas, revealing soft butter and toast notes.|
|It is velvety, aromatic with firm acidity. Clean and wonderfully fresh with a pleasant and lingering finish.|
