Fermentation in stainless bowl mill with prolonged maceration of 3 weeks. 70% aged in stainless steel vat and 30% in barrels of French and American oak for 12 months.
|Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Petit Verdot.|
|Aroma with notes of ripe black fruit, spices and some leather.|
|A large-bodied wine with good acidity present but elegant tannins. Final long and persistent mouth.|
|It goes well with red meat dishes, game dishes and cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.|
