Harvest and winemaking
Vintage made at different times due to different stages of maturation. Bical harvested last week September and Arinto harvested on the 2nd October week.
Fermentation and barrel aging of 400 liters for 8 months (60% new barriques and 40% used oak barrels).
Total acidity: 6.45 g/l
Total sugars: 1.7 g/l

|Show up very fine and elegant scent. With mineral notes touches of fresh herb and spices. Young, classy, wide mouth, fresh, citrus fruit, smoked, long end and discrete.|
