Fresh year which led to slow maturation but with a good balance. Pinot Noir was harvested in the 3rd week of August, Baga and Touriga Nacional was harvested in the 1st week of September. Soft pressing, where only the wort was used. Stainless steel fermentation with temperature control. Printing in March 2016 by the classic method.
