Palhete 2020 Palhete


Grapes were harvested at the end of August, dictated by climatic conditions and grape ripening. The grapes were selected and picked by hand. The must was in contact with the skins for about 4 days in a clay press in order to preserve its freshness and minerality. After contact with the skins the must finishes the alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging in stainless steel vats for 9 months.
