Estoiro Old School 2020 Rosé
For Miguel Dias, until adolescence, wine was always part of his world. He later abandoned his commercial career and wine became, now with another determination, the center of his universe. His commercial talents turned to wine.
Old vines, manual harvesting, destemming and crushing in Bica Aberta. Spontaneous fermentation, indigenous yeasts, with temperature control at 20°C. No filtration and tuning. 12 months aging on lees and natural decanting until bottling.
