Equinócio 2016 (5 Barricas) White
Production is very low. We cannot mention the dominance of any variety. The vineyard was planted in the post phylloxera period.
The healthy grapes were harvested, crushed and pressed. The resulting wort decanted naturally for 48 hours. Fermentation with natural yeasts took place in 5 used barrels and a new 1,000 liter oak vat. The stage on fine lees lasted until the end of August 2016. The wine from the 5 Barricas Velhas was bottled on the 5th of July 2017 without gluing and with light filtration.

|It is white with a rich, complex aroma where there are no ripe fruits and some balsamic herbal tea with slightly smoked and mineral notes.|
|It enters very smooth and velvety in the mouth, remains in fine and elegant tasting as the center of the mouth grows to finish in a wide, rich, deep and full of flavor finish.|
