Colinas do Douro Rabigato 2016 White
Vinification:
The grapes were stalked and cooled and went straight to the press. The wort was decanted for 48 hours in 8 degree stainless steel tanks, then cleaned and fermented at 12°/13° C. Of this wine, 20% was fermented and aged in French oak barrels.
