Wine Year
Year of high birth, with dry climate during the flowering period, which resulted in good yields. The entire period of growth until the harvest, marked by extreme drought that affected the photosynthetic activity of the vines and with consequent maturation stops. The result of the harvest was very small berries, which resulted in concentrated and aromatic whites and structured reds with a deep color.
Vinification
Fermentation and 12 months aging in French oak barrels.
