Chão Rijo 2019 White
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the end of September. Immediate destemming. The resulting must was chilled (5ºC) and cold settling took place overnight. Racked to a stainless steel tank. Fermentation lasted 14 days, with temperature control (15-16ºC). Tank aged for 3 months. Bottled in July 2019.
