Vinification
The estate is surrounded by trees and the vineyards are arranged in a North-South orientation, on top of a south-facing hill, 60 meters above the Sado river valley. The days are hot and the nights cold. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand.
Fermentation in oak vats. 18 months aging in French oak barrels.
