Rosa da Mata Fernão Pires 2019 White

Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in 20 kg boxes so that the grape remains whole and free from oxidation, without tearing the film until it is pressed in the cellar. These grapes are fermented in a stainless steel vat at low temperatures, still in fermentation, part of which is placed in a new 500 liter barrel where the fermentation ends with contact with the fine lees and remains for 14 months until the moment of bottling. The wine is only filtered.
