Express the richness of the region's terroirs in a single wine.
In old vines aged over 60 years, located at an altitude of 500m in soils of granitic origin and shale/granite transition.
Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
