Arenae Ramisco 2008 (Magnum) Red

Winemaking
Harvest in early October. This wine results from a careful vinification by the classic “tanning” process, with destemming 50%, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26º-28ºC) and careful reassembly. The internship process took place over 4 years, first passing wine through large vats of exotic woods, followed by small oak barrels and, finally, the deposit and bottle stage. Bottled in February 2017.
