Alcunha 2017 White
Vineyards planted in shaley soils, facing west, near the town of Estremoz, in the Alentejo. The continental Mediterranean climate has as main characteristic the thermal amplitude that varies between hot days and cold nights in the period of maturation of the grapes.
Manual harvest on August 17th, skin maceration for 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, stage on thin lees in stainless steel for 9 months
