Plum Streusel Crumble

Dessert marked by crispness and fruit, in this case plum, (possibly prepared with some syrup). The acidity of the plum is always to be taken into account, and sugar is not a worrying element. Generous wine, with acidity and depth of flavor, served fresh, around 8ºC / 12ºC, to take advantage of the alcoholic volume that will help the wine in the persistence and juiciness of the dish and at the same time control the sweetness. The more caramelized notes of this wine's stage will also make an aromatic connection. A more aged sparkling wine, together with its caramelized notes, biscuit, may be an option for those who do not appreciate sweet wines.
