Chocolate Fondant with Toffee

Sweet dish, marked by chocolate and the consistency of the preparation. Match between creaminess of the fondant and sauce, and a slight crunchiness on the outside. The whole dish forms a layer that lines the palate in the persistence of flavor. Leaves a lingering and striking flavor. The alcoholic generosity of the liqueurs is one of the few that is equal to that of chocolate, the tannin of a Vintage Port Wine, can “tear” the unctuousness of the creamy layer that lines the tongue. The persistence of this type of wine, manages to match that of a dessert.
