Lemon cream tart with wild berries

It's a colorful dessert aesthetically, which appoints to the perception of liveliness and freshness of sensations. It has the crunchiness of the basis, the creaminess, velvety consistency and the taste of the lemon "device", asking some wine greasiness. The red fresh fruits suggest acid freshness and soft crunchiness, with the ginger sweets adding an extension of the taste.
Ideally sweet wines, starting from the whites, velvety, with good balance between sweetness and acidity. Served fresh between 8 and 12 degrees to attenuate some excessive impression of sweetness. As always, the sparkling wines may be an option, although in this case in a secondary plan.
